Lentils with smoked bacon and smoked meat cubes
This dish is prepared very quickly and also very tasty.

ingredients
- 1 tin of lentils (1000 g)
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 250 g smoked bacon (more or less)
- 250 g of smoked meat (more or less)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 200 ml of water
- 1 tsp mustard (tarragon)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp vinegar
- salt
- Ground pepper
preparation
- Cut the bacon and smoked meat into small cubes, chop the onions and garlic
- Rinse the lenses with cold water under a strainer
- Lightly fry the bacon cubes
- Add the onion and garlic and lightly toast
- Sprinkle with flour, stir and pour on the water
- Add thyme, mustard, vinegar and bay leaf and simmer for about 5 minutes
- Add the lentils and the smoked meat and heat
- Season with salt and pepper - done
