Let yeast dough go under the coverlet

Here on TheFruitAndFlowerBasket I have read tips that you can let the yeast dough in the oven at 50 degrees Celsius.

In my opinion, that is a waste of energy. I prefer to put the yeast dough in a bowl, cover it with a dry cloth, fix it with a rubber band and put it under the cover without using a hot water bottle. Then I lie down under the covers and my body heat does the rest.

If anyone then said that I would not do anything and should do something other than rest and read, then I say:
I do something. The yeast dough must finally be absorbed. You want to have a delicious cake (or what you want to bake with the yeast dough), right?

It's also exhausting to give off so much warmth all the time and lie here quiet. You can also try it.
