"Light" mayonnaise

Since I do not like ready made mayonnaise and I do a lot of action myself, I just came up with a "harmless" (salmonella) and low calorie mayonnaise. I prefer these for potato salad:

From two hard-boiled eggs crush the egg yolk and stir with olive oil and a little vinegar, 1 small. Cup of yoghurt (you can also sweet or sour cream - at will - take) with salt to taste. That's the basis.

The sauce can of course also vary with herbs, garlic, chopped sour gürkchen (in potato salad), etc.
