Lightning fast cake from the microwave
Time
Total preparation time: 15 min.
Required ingredients:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ cup of oil
- 1 cup of orange juice or milk
- ½ cup cocoa powder (dark cocoa powder, do not take a normal beverage powder)
Preparation:
- Mix the eggs and sugar together, then add the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a silicone mold (or other microwave shape) and bake at 600 watts for 7 minutes.
- If the mass should still be too liquid, then continue to bake bissl in 1-minute increments. Arrives at the microwave.
- When the cake is ready, let it rest for at least 5 minutes, then topple.
- Glaze can be over it or not. The cake can be mucked away without good.
