Custard e.g. I prepare the apple strudel or the red groats very quickly by making about 400 g of vanilla ice cream and stirring it with 100 to 200 ml of milk. The best way is with the blender.

MissChaos: Unfortunately, we rarely have vanilla ice cream there. Rather other types of ice cream. I think I should just get some vanilla ice cream as abuse ice cream. Because such a vanilla sauce is easier and faster to make than a cooked.
