Linguine with green asparagus

This is a quick and easy recipe for linguine with green asparagus, which is refined and delicious at the same time with very little exercise.

ingredients

  • 300 g of pasta linguine
  • 1 bunch of green asparagus (500 g)
  • a little butter and sugar
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg freshly grated
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • diced cooked ham

preparation

  1. Peel the green asparagus just at the ends and divide into 3 - 4 pieces.
  2. Put water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan and cook the asparagus pieces for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the cream in a pot and season with parmesan, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
  4. In the meantime, cook the linguine in plenty of salted water until they are al dente.
  5. Then drain the pasta and add the cream sauce.
