Lint brush clean with tape
To clean soiled lint brushes, I was inspired by the "wax hair removal method": Apply a strip of highly adhesive package backing tape (if necessary also several strips of TESAFILM) to the soiled brush surface, press down firmly and pull off again with a jerk - done! Hair, lint, dust, etc. stick to the bottom of the tape and the brush is clean and ready to use again.
PS: You do not have to worry about the brush screaming in pain ;-)
