Loin in cream sauce

Have this recipe from my mom, tastes very delicious and is easy to prepare:

- Cut 1 pork loin into 1 cm thick slices.

- Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of oil and a crushed clove of garlic and spread the meat on both sides


- then pepper, NO SALT!

- Turn meat into bread crumbs and sauté briefly in the pan

- Layer meat in casserole dish


- Slice 150 g of raw ham and 150 g of cooked ham and spread over it

- Pour 3 cups of cream over it

- Now put in the refrigerator overnight


- The next day: Slice 200 g of mushrooms and distribute in the casserole dish

- Sprinkle 200 g of grated cheese over it

Bake in oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes

Spätzle and salad are suitable for this.
