This is a simple and quick recipe for those who like delicious, loose chocolate cakes! I bake these brownies very often and like to, because they always succeed well and even after several days still taste wonderfully fresh.
Ingredients for a baking tray 28 x 40:
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 butter-vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp. Eggnog
- 200 g of sour cream
- 150 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 100 g of cocoa powder
