Loose rice that does not stick

Total preparation time: 20 min.

Cook rice (preferably basmati) as usual, but do not cook too long (8-10 minutes), put the rice in a sieve, drain a little, add some butter or margarine to the pot, pour the rice back into the pot wrap the lid with a clean kitchen towel, close the pot with the lid wrapped, let it boil over for a small flame (gas) or lower stage or after-heat (electricity) for about 10 minutes. It does not matter if the rice on the bottom of the pot sets something (light brown) - it tastes particularly delicious. This method works really great - so go away with this terrible cooking bag rice!
