Lose weight and have hunger under control

Anyone who was used to constant food before changing the diet will first have problems with constant hunger.

And please do not get me wrong: eat, if you're hungry - but understand that you can not be hungry all day long. A few small tricks can help:

Generally pay attention to the nutrition:

  1. Although low in calories: Prefer not to grab fruit, because the fructose drives up insulin levels
  2. Avoid sweetener, because it does exactly the same thing
  3. High fiber foods to eat: whole grains, vegetables, leg rests, wheat bran
  4. Eat high protein - proteins are digested more slowly and fill you up longer: skim quark, buttermilk, turkey ...
  5. Choose foods with low glycemic index, then the blood sugar level does not rise so fast (legumes, whole grains, vegetables, fruits)
  6. Drink a lot, chew slowly and eat.

Teas and hot drinks against hunger: Mate tea and green tea have proven to be particularly useful to me.

I've never tried, but once heard that the scouts have done earlier: Pebbles suck: P

Doing sports right after meals, lo and behold: The next meal is less hungry!

Natural swelling agents (attention - drink a lot!):

  1. Psyllium 1-2 x daily 1 teaspoon seed (from drugstore, pharmacy or health food store) with 200 ml of fruit juice swell
  2. Take pectin (for example, also in gelatin) half an hour before the next meal
  3. Guar gum (from health food store, drugstore, pharmacy) just sprinkle over dishes (note dosage instructions on the package, otherwise the food is inedible).

Has supposedly recommended the old Kneipp times: every hour to drink a glass of water with a few splashes of lemon (here is the hunger feeling by the continuous filling the stomach to reduce)

What also helps: Fresh cress (tip from grandma!)
