Lose weight or keep weight easier

A few years ago, I had about 16 pounds overweight ... and came in with pure feasting: salty or sweet ... that's how it had to be then. I myself do not think fasting or touching any Pülverchen ... but of daily urge to move, is to go up stairs, go faster, use the bike for errands ... and of course a bit of exercise.

But because I had to "treat" my taste buds with something sweet or salty, the exercise units did not help me lose weight or "feel better".

So I decided to outsmart my taste buds:


instead of chocolate and mate, I drank a hot chocolate cappuccino ... with many small sips and longer on the tongue "work" leaves. Even if a cup of cappu is not calorie-reduced, it's a lot of calories that I save. Because then I had no more hype on Schoki.

Instead of chips and flips I have a glass of sangria (fiery tomato juice) additionally seasoned and also enjoyed this in small slaps and make this work on the tongue. This tomato juice really has very, very few calories and if anything, these are well laid out in tomato, then I was tired of chips and Co.

All in all, I outsmarted my taste buds and offered them the flavor you wanted ... but with much, much less calories. Within 4 months I had my ideal feel-good weight again! Without starvation, fasting or exaggerating a lot of sports ... so no quality of life lost. Just try it out and enjoy!
