Low calorie but delicious herb butter

Melt the butter (I'll make it in the microwave) and let it cool again. Then stir in about the same amount of sour cream.

On spices and herbs, you can stir what you like, so basil, parsley, spring onions, garlic and what else could be done.

I myself had fresh basil tonight, fresh onion green (which is what the onions are beginning to sprout as they germinate), lemon salt (I've got from Ikea) and some pepper. Stir everything well and briefly in the fridge again.

The sour cream has only 10% fat and is therefore lower in calories than butter - so it "stretches" the butter.
