Low-calorie cream - replacement: creamer

Is that happening too? For many dishes cream is too greasy and milk too lax / watery? I discovered a good alternative: coffee cream!

This is the one that is sold in the discounters in such small plastic jugs, z. Zt. For about 38 cents. (Is with H-cream, sour cream and canned milk). Has 12% fat.

I use them: For dishes that need a dash of cream to the sauce, for spaghetti carbonara, for salad dressing, for scrambled eggs ...

Also has the advantage, especially if you only need "a shot": it keeps a few days great in the fridge ... I use now more often than cream ...

P.S. take a look at the ingredients list of these "cream-casual" things: half cream, half milk and stabilizers - I'd rather take the cheaper pure creamer!
