Low carb bread
I eat almost never bought bread, do it myself, but the hit is this low carb bread. If you want to lose a few puffs, it works wonderfully with a low carbohydrate diet, and this bread helps and is full for a long time.
It keeps in the fridge for about 5 days, but can also be super freeze.
ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 pound of lean quark
- 1 packet of baking soda
- 3 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 50 g of wheat bran
- 250 g of oat bran
preparation
- Mix everything in the food processor and place in a greased tin box, then bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, let cool and most delicious I find it with salted butter.
- I bake it in a Flexiform, because the bread slips out after baking itself.
- When I bake this bread, I look at what needs to be consumed by my supplies and add it to the dough.
Here is a small selection:
- chopped walnuts, pecans or chia seeds
- diced ham, salami or cheese
- quite interesting with diced dried fig
Oh my, I have to stop, get into raptures and find no end, so, just try and let the creativity run wild. The bread has a relatively low content of carbohydrates, but it is rich in protein.
