Low carb chocolates

This chocolates recipe I have discovered on the net and imitated several times. If you are on a diet and still would like to snack, I can highly recommend these chocolates.
ingredients
- 100 g peanuts
- 70 g of cocoa butter
- 40 g cream powder
- 40 g of erythritol
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
preparation
- Roast nuts as desired.
- Then half of the nuts are placed in a blender and mixed roughly. The other half of the nuts are ground very finely.
- Now put the nuts with the cream powder, cocoa butter, vanilla sugar and sugar substitute in a metal bowl and mix well.
- Then place the bowl on a water bath and let the ingredients melt on low heat.
- Stir from time to time and make sure that no water splashes in the bowls.
- Now fill the mass into chocolate molds and allow to cool for about 1 hour.
