Low carb chocolates

This chocolates recipe I have discovered on the net and imitated several times. If you are on a diet and still would like to snack, I can highly recommend these chocolates.

ingredients

  • 100 g peanuts
  • 70 g of cocoa butter
  • 40 g cream powder
  • 40 g of erythritol
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar

preparation

  1. Roast nuts as desired.
  2. Then half of the nuts are placed in a blender and mixed roughly. The other half of the nuts are ground very finely.
  3. Now put the nuts with the cream powder, cocoa butter, vanilla sugar and sugar substitute in a metal bowl and mix well.
  4. Then place the bowl on a water bath and let the ingredients melt on low heat.
  5. Stir from time to time and make sure that no water splashes in the bowls.
  6. Now fill the mass into chocolate molds and allow to cool for about 1 hour.
