Lumps in the sauce - not with me!

At this tip, I have never had lumps in sauce or pudding.

I stir the flour with a little cold water, milk or broth in a large beaker. When everything is stirred smoothly, a little cold liquid is added.

Then I take a slightly larger tea strainer, which I use only for this purpose, hold it over the pot, tilt with fluidity and good humor the liquid flour
in the sieve.

This guarantees guaranteed without lumps in the pot. Do not forget to stir. The lumps in the sieve (are few with me) I leave there.

Of course, cleaning does some work, which does not bother me. But I have a lump-free sauce / pudding and do not need to fish out the lumps.

Fishing license is not available.
