Made butter yourself

It sure has happened to everyone someday. You need butter, but - oh god - gaping emptiness in the fridge. The following helps - in and of itself - simple tip: Take a sealable glass (such as Nutella glass, etc.), fill it with whipped cream, depending on the required amount (preferably 35% fat content). Screw on and now the physical activity begins: shake vigorously ... continue to shake ... at some point we will then have whipped cream. But since that's not enough for us, we shake on. After - I guess only now - 5-7 minutes of shaking our whipped cream turns into spreadable butter, and then it is even in the refrigerator for 2-3 days;)
