Magic meat balls with the ice cream scoop
Today I'll have a say, otherwise I'll always just freak or wonder.
My tip is actually only a small one: In my family are very much like eating small meatballs (finger food). This makes it quite easy, by spicing the minced meat as usual, blended and then, ... you take your Eiasportionierer and sets off. So you always have the same size! This has the advantage that they are always the same, whether in the oven or in the pan. And there is no more dispute at home about who gets the biggest or the smallest meatball.
