Maintain teeth with mineral water
The date for the professional cleaning of teeth, I have just behind me again, we go twice a year, many more often. That adds up course and cheaper it certainly will not ... is a nice getaway, if you extrapolate everything - but that should actually be worth the health - a denture is more expensive ;-) ...
Anyway, now here's a tip to vlt. with 3 times / year to get 2 visits for the intensive care prophylaxis:
After each coffee with a glass of carbonated mineral water rinse the mouth vigorously - it is best to order the coffee / tea / cocoa immediately with water or present it at home. After all, you can not reach for the toothbrush every time you take the black pick-me-up.
At home, I spit out the water after rinsing, in the cafe logically discreet rinse and swallow - so strong coffee is a little more compatible. In many southern countries, you often get a little bit of water in addition to the ordered coffee - but certainly not because of dental hygiene ... but it's up to you to decide what to do with it - if discolored teeth are "in" just the thirsty plants around me :-)
