Make bath additive from pine needles

After you have decorated the Christmas tree, you can cut off some branches of the fir and use the needles for a healing soothing bath.

Since pine needles contain essential oils, they are excellent as a bath additive, they have a relaxing and expectorant (good for a cold) and strengthen the skin through the immune system.

For a bath you need about 100 - 150 g pine needles, these are cooked in a pot with plenty of water for about 10 minutes. The resulting broth is then poured through a sieve directly into the finished bath water. It smells like a forest walk, does the body well and a part of the tree was used even further.

Incidentally, I like to cook in a small pot of water with a sprig of fir and cinnamon sticks, this scent runs through all the rooms, even some of it in a tavern smells wonderful.
