Make bread / Bordelais for fish yourself

Since we are a "glutton family" and always needed one pack per person from the so-called gourmet fish, I eventually tried to prepare the breadcrumbs / Bordelais myself and then sprinkle on the fish of my choice.

ingredients

  • 70 g of butter
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of herbal salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon of herbal mixture (everything goes, parsley ...) I took herbal butter spice
  • Some nutmeg, grated
  • lemon juice
  • 3-4 pieces of fish

preparation

  1. Melt the butter in the pan, add the breadcrumbs and the other ingredients and lightly toast.
  2. Put any fish in a slightly greased casserole dish, drizzle with a little lemon juice and cover with the mixture. Then spread a few butter flakes, bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

The best is fresh fish, which should be frozen before. The fish from the TK Regal can also be used, but it is often weighted with water, which means that the fish will lose a lot of water during preparation and therefore also in weight.

You can also first fry onions and then continue with breadcrumbs. Well to prepare is the edition for fish, it can certainly be on chicken meat to advantage.
