Make butter yourself

Why make butter yourself, you ask yourself? Easy, because it's fun. It's easy, at least for small quantities.

There is the method one, in the screw jar:

Shake 3 tablespoons cream, 3 tablespoons milk in a glass jar. After 20 minutes butter separates from buttermilk.

Remove the butter, rinse off, with wooden spoon press out the buttermilk. Mix with salt or herbs or simply eat on bread or potatoes.

Method two:

The same mixture in an old mixer, the so-called stirring, stir. Goes relatively fast, a few minutes.

The amount is enough for 4-5 sandwiches. You can easily take H-milk and H-cream.
