Make candlesticks made of plaster itself

Have read a few days ago on a website that you can make yourself a candlestick from the empty fruit dwarf cup and I had to try absolutely and has worked super easy.

You need:

  • Construction and hobby plaster
  • empty fruit dwarf mug
  • white paint (or other color)
  • 1 candle which breaks apart in the middle
  • Decoration material and candle to put down

? Production:

First you have to wash the cups well and dry them.

Then you stir the plaster in a larger container, depending on your feelings, but it should not be too thin and not too thick (I have taken a plastic cup).

Now you can fill the gypsum in the cups, just not up to the edge and cut a candle in the middle apart. Now put the cut half of the candle into the gypsum-filled cup (right in the middle) and see that the candle gets hold of and stands straight (now you can still fill the gypsum to the edge if necessary), because everything is still thin.

The cut candle inserted into the cup serves to create an opening in the plaster so that when it is hardened, the actual candle fits in at the end.

You'll have to let it harden overnight, then carefully remove the candle the next day and cut and peel the fruit dwarf cup with a pair of scissors or a pair of knives, just let it dry a bit and your candlestick is done.

When it was dry, I brushed it with white paint and then stuck it with deco tape and glitter stone with craft glue.

Have fun! Oh yes, it sounds like a lot of work, but it is not.
