- Knead a smooth dough with the kneading hooks of the hand mixer for about 10 minutes from the ingredients indicated in a bowl. Then cover the dough covered in a lukewarm place and let it rest for 20 minutes. (I heat up my oven briefly to about 30 degrees).
- Then knead the dough briefly and stand out 10 pieces of dough pieces weighing about 80 g. Grind them on a smooth, non-floured surface. Cover with the cap down on a lightly floured surface and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
