Make fine raspberry and strawberry vinegar yourself

I love vinegars and bring me regularly from the holiday with - the selection is huge and is unfortunately often in the money. When strawberry syrup was left over after my grandson's visit, I came up with the idea of mixing strawberry vinegar: vinegar essence, syrup and water. The result is good, so I mixed one with raspberry syrup afterwards.
I still had essence from Sweden (12 percent), because I never use something like that I do not know if it's just as strong in Germany. Just experiment. My mixing ratio was 1: 3 each of the ingredients mentioned.
