Make fluffy yeast dough

A tip on how yeast dough gets even better and fluffier!

Prepare yeast dough the day before, let it rest for 1-2 hours. Then wrap in cling film and freeze overnight. The next morning at times rausholen, thaw and let rise again and continue to process as usual. Now he should be even fluffier.

I myself often freeze my yeast dough. I often do twice that amount. One half I freeze then. However, I leave the half that is meant for freezing, not go before.
I will try that next time though.
