Make Lemon Curd yourself

Since I still have to process so many lemons, I've tried something new today: Lemon Curd, the delicious bitter English lemon jam:
ingredients
- 7 organic lemons
- Juice of an orange
- Gelierzucker

- Peel the lemons very thinly with the peeler, chop them into thin slices with the kitchen spatula and add to a saucepan with 300 ml of water and simmer for 150 minutes at the lowest level.
- The peeled lemons squeeze, as well as the orange. Put the juice aside.
- Chop the squeezed fruit halves and the pressed pulp of the lemons roughly and cover with water, also simmer for 150 minutes at the lowest level.
- Then pass the mixture of pulp through a sieve, squeeze something.
- Mix the fruit juice, the water with the lemon strips, and the distilled pulp water in a measuring cup (give 1 liter of mass), mix with gelling sugar and cook for 4 minutes.
- Fill in jam jars - ready?
