Make marinade to make inexpensive meat pieces tender
Preparing an expensive piece of roast beef or tenderloin is not a feat, but it is not enough to stew or roast meat that is not that noble.
Here I have a marinade to get even cheap pieces of meat savory and tender.
Preparation and ingredients
- 1 to 2 bottles (depending on the size of the piece of meat) pour no-name cola into a deep bowl. Not the diet variant, but regular with sugar.
- 50 ml of simple vinegar.
- Add at least 6 toes of garlic, pressed on. Does not have to be peeled.
- 3 bay leaves, torn (then the essential oils come out)
- 1 unpeeled onion stocked with 3 cloves
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
- Now let the meat lie in the marinade for 4 to 6 hours.
- Remove and roast, braise or cook according to the recipe.
