Make modeling chocolate yourself:

ingredients

  • 200 g of chocolate
  • 75 -100 g of glucose syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt

preparation

  1. Chop the chocolate, melt over steam and add the pinch of salt.
  2. Lightly heat the glucose syrup over water vapor (I place the glucose syrup on the previously used pot and use the residual heat). For whole milk and dark chocolate use 75 g and for white chocolate 100 g.
  3. The two components should be at about the same temperature. Add the syrup to the chocolate, mix briefly and wrap in cling film - let rest for about 10 hours.
  4. Then knead (if some cocoa butter outlet is not afraid). If necessary, heat the mass beforehand in the microwave.
  5. Then you can model these to your heart's content or colorize white modeling coats.
