Make oat milk yourself

Inspired by this article I want to write, how to make my own oatmeal:
ingredients
- measuring cup
- about 50 g of oatmeal
- about 250 ml of boiling water
- Blender with blender
- Glass bottle with appropriate capacity
Preparation based on the list of ingredients quite self-explanatory:
- Bring water (in a kettle, for example) to a boil.
- oatmeal into the measuring cup up to the 50 ml mark. Add the boiling water to the 300 ml mark.
- Leave for at least one hour. I usually do that in the morning and leave it until the evening. Then purée with the blender.
- Theoretically, the part would come, where the "soup" is strained. But the fine oatmeal do not bother me in the least, so I'll just let it go.
- In a clean glass bottle fill - those of the grill sauces have just the right size. For my needs, that's about a week - a lot more stock should not be invested, but in the fridge that lasts so long. Making new oatmeal again is a fix. The longest is still rinsing behind :)
With almonds or cashews this is basically just as easy. I'm off, however, because the squeezed "cake" very good for biscuits or similar. can be further processed.
I use the pungent oatmeal, but that's a matter of taste.
