Make or renew silicone joints yourself
How to make silicone joints idiot-proof: sealing joints with silicone compound used to be a miserable mess.
I always had to dip my finger in pril water and then after 5 - 10 cm glued everything on the finger.
Now a friend in Italy gave me a great tip:
Spray the silicone compound into the joint as usual, but then spray it completely with glass cleaner from a spray bottle. Then pull your finger over the whole joint 1 time - done.
