  • 1 kg of floury potatoes
  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g potato flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt

preparation

  1. Boil potatoes. I just let the potatoes cook for 25 minutes, goes fastest
  2. Peel the potatoes afterwards
  3. Crush potatoes with a potato masher
  4. Then add the flour, potato flour, eggs and salt
  5. Knead everything well
  6. Tasting :)
  7. Bring water to a boil with salt in a large saucepan
  8. Dumplings form, it works best when you have slightly damp hands
  9. Turn down the temperature of the cooker so that the water boils only lightly
