Make sage or mouthwash or rinse

To make sage mouthwash or conditioner, one needs the following

  • 1 empty jam jar (of course washed out)
  • dried sage leaves (the amount depends on the size of the jar and is available in the pharmacy or teashop ...)
  • white rum (amount depending on glass size)

manufacturing

Slightly press the leaves into the glass, pour on a bit with rum, so that they are nicely covered and leave to stand for about 1 week with the lid closed. It's best to go straight to the bathroom and swing it once a day.

It has been my experience that this mouthwash helps with apthen, gum inflammation, burnt tongue and also my pain-sensitive exposed tooth necks.

I dip a cotton swab into the glass and dab or paint the affected areas. Helps me also wonderful when I slipped with the floss. Hope it will serve you so well.
