Make tomato sauces yourself with canned tomatoes

Instead of the finished tomato sauces (noodle-up and the like.) I prefer the much cheaper, versatile Italian canned tomatoes (29 cents at ALDI, for example). I fill this into the cup of my blender, add the spices and mash briefly, whereby I can influence the degree of comminution by the duration (I personally prefer it, if there are still small pieces in it). Also ideal for the home-baked pizza!

Spices: salt, pepper, some sugar, herbs of Provence, garlic cloves (if desired), cayenne pepper bwz. Chili powder.

When I gave this advice to colleagues, they objected that in the canned tomatoes, the stem approach is not removed and they therefore vorzuögen finished tomato pass. After a moment's consideration, I was worried that the factories would probably not do the job of "cropping" each tomato individually. Nana, it all comes into the funnel as it is and then it starts. With the canned tomatoes you would even have the advantage that you could make up for this work yourself!
