Make very thin chocolate leaves

These chocolate sheets are easy to make and make any dessert a real eye-catcher.

I like very thin chocolate, nice from the fridge. Recently I saw on TV how to make sweet leaves for myself, and was immediately enthusiastic about the method. Of course, tried the same.

Will make it next time when visit comes with different leaf shapes and also with Vollmich and bittersweet chocolate. I think that has something.


To do this, you visit the garden for a short time and get some nice leaves, then wash them thoroughly at home and dry them well with paper towels, then melt the chocolate (couverture) and paint the leaves on the back with them and set them for 15 Minutes in the fridge.

Then just subtract the sheet, and really, the wafer-thin chocolate sheets are ready and it can be decorated with it. It is best to take smaller leaves, the larger might break, I have not tried, but I can well imagine.
