Making flower columns from Ytong stone
For the people among us who like to work. From Ytong stones you can make beautiful flower columns etc.
Simply take a Ytong stone, the motive (flowers, tendrils, hearts, tools, Autosu.s.w.) Draw with a pencil on it. With a sharp object (or spatula, depending on the size) now "scratch away" along the drawing to create the desired motif.
Sounds like murder, but it is not. Since the Ytong stone is very fine (aerated concrete), this can be worked out easily. The finished column (or whatever) can now be viewed in the garden / balcony by jealous * fg * fellow man.
