Making flower pots easier - with packaging pellets
Surely you know these packaging pellets, which are reminiscent of peanut flips? I had a whole bucket after 3 received Christmas packages. Too bad for the yellow barrel!
You can put one, two hands of it down in big ones flowerpots fill, then only the earth on it. This makes it easier to carry heavy pots and the excess irrigation water is absorbed.
Sometimes these pieces are even made of compostable material, e.g. made from corn and even look like a fertilizer. Give it a try!
