Marble cake without baking powder
Ingredients: 200 g butter, 8 eggs, 200 g powdered sugar, 200 g sugar, 230 g wheat flour, 1 shot rum, 25 g cocoa powder
Preparation: Stir frothy butter, egg yolks, powdered sugar. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff, mix both masses. Add the flour and season to taste with rum. Remove one third of the mass and darken by stirring in cocoa powder.
Layer the masses into a greased springform pan. Bake in the oven at 160-170 degrees (electric cooker) for 60-75 minutes, not too dark!
Have already lifted cherries under the dough, tasted great.
