Marbled strawberry cake - super easy

I baked this strawberry cake today with a group of children. The amount yields a whole sheet.

ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups of sugar
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of neutral oil
  • 1 cup of carbonated mineral water
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pck of baking soda

These ingredients come at the end:

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • small shot of oil
  • two bowls of strawberries
  • 2 pck. Tortenguss

preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until white, add the oil, then gradually add the flour with the baking powder, then stir in the water. Dough is pretty fluid, it has to be that way.
  2. Now lay out a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put about half of the dough on the baking tray. Then, add the cocoa, the spoonful of sugar and the small dash of oil to the rest of the dough. Stir well and add to the white dough. Smoothing.
  3. Bake in preheated oven (180-200 degrees) for approx. 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool after baking, place on a sufficiently large surface (eg a tray or similar).
  4. Wash strawberries, then clean. Cut in eighths, to prove the cooled cake.
  5. Prepare the cake according to the package instructions and pour over the cakes.
  6. The cast takes 20 minutes to set, then the cake is ready for consumption.
