Mariande for turkey breast for grilling
Now that the summer has finally arrived, I have a tip on how to give the barbecue meat a good spice. I buy a piece of turkey breast and cut finger-thick slices. Then I bring a big freezer bag
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Massage the liquid from the outside, then pack the slices in the bag and tie. In the fridge and always knead. After about 3 hours, everything is pulled through well and you can put the slices on the grill or roast in bad weather in the pan.
