Marinade for neck chops - main ingredient of black tea

An unusual marinade for neck chops: main ingredient of black tea. If you put meat, especially chops or chicken pieces, in this marinade for a day, they will be wonderfully spicy and juicy.

Here comes the recipe:

1/2 L black tea - two bags on 1/2 L water

2 tablespoons honey
1 tbsp salt
3 garlic cloves in pieces
1 large onion, in rings
2 lemons in slices

This amount is enough for 500 g of meat.

Place in a container, pour over the marinade and chill for at least 12 hours. Dry the next day and fry, pour over the marinade.
