Mascarpone cream with fruit puree in a glass

This great dessert makes a great impression, it is very easy and fast to make and very well prepared:

ingredients

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • honey
  • sugar
  • lemon juice
  • Fruits of your choice (for example raspberries, strawberries, peaches, oranges, etc.)

preparation

  1. Separate the eggs and stir the mascarpone with the 4 egg yolk and vanilla sugar very well (frothy).
  2. Beat the 4 egg whites with some sugar until stiff and then carefully lift them under the mascarpone mass.
  3. Mince the washed fruit, puree well and season with sugar, lemon and honey.
  4. Arrange the fruit puree layer by layer with the mascarpone cream in a suitable glass, possibly even a bit of the fruit variety used as a decoration at the top.
