Mashed potatoes

For 1 person as a side dish to meat, fish etc .:

Peel 4 medium potatoes, quarter and cook for 20 minutes in salted water (boiled potatoes). If necessary, put the potatoes in a bowl and season with a few pinches of salt, a little fresh grated nutmeg and a few pinches of marjoram. Add a piece of butter (5 - 10 grams).
