Sometimes I cook sweet potatoes in the microwave. They got too soft for me and one - two - three I had created a puree. For two good eaters as a side dish.

- Two big sweet potatoes or three little ones. I take those with the orange pulp.
- With about a cup of water in a microwave suitable container with a lid. I myself am not so sure, I always take Tupper bowls, but also fakes and do not quite close the lid.
- About 15 minutes at 700 to 800 W. The potatoes must be very soft. I cut her and rip her out of the skin. When they are very soft, they almost fall out by themselves.
- In addition: 1 to 2 teaspoons of salt butter, a cup of milk, a pinch of salt and about three drops Tabasco and some nutmeg.
- If you squeeze the porridge a few times with the fork well and stir, you have a fantastic puree. You can certainly mash it with the stick, but with the fork that worked very well. Then there are grilled meat and salad.
