Maxl's currant liqueur made from black berries
You need this delicious currant liqueur
1 l brandy - so no grain, but the brown brandy
1 clove
1 cinnamon stick
750 g of sugar
10 leaves of the blackcurrant bush
1 kg blackcurrants
The berries are washed and then squeezed. (Probably the one who has a potato masher - I'll do it in a pan with the meat tenderizer.)
Thereafter, all ingredients are mixed well, filled into a jar and well sealed. (If necessary, a double aluminum foil serves as a solid closure.)
Let it run for 1 month, carefully swirling again and again to dissolve the sugar. Then filter and mature until Christmas.
But then! This black currant liqueur with Prosecco - so you can impress the guests in the winter time hard! Because he really tastes! Full-bodied, aromatic, like a professional!
