Mayonnaise & remoulade comes easily from the bottle
Although my mayonnaise and remoulade bottles are stored upside down in the fridge, nevertheless it happens again and again that towards the end of the contents, despite shaking and knocking on the table, the last third does not want to get out of the bottle.
Or better said: At some point a blob comes out, but the annoying splashes have a radius of 0.5 meters ...
Inspired by the suggestion that yoghurt, sour cream and quark mugs should be pricked on the bottom with a sharp knife so that they slide out of the pack without any problems, I tried something similar with my plastic bottles for mayo and remoulade:
A short cut sideways near the bottom of the bottle allows air to get into the contents, which immediately slides down.
So the problem is solved and the content comes without big Blubb and Schmierei to the last rest easily from the bottle.
I keep these bottles upside down in the fridge and the small incision does not matter: The contents of the bottle do not leak out.
If you are so annoyed that half the contents of the bottle do not want to be taken out, try cutting it off :)
