Measure instead of weigh: a few details for smaller quantities

The weighing of small amounts is annoying. Easier is the measuring with spoon and cup.

Here I have some information collected. By spoon, I mean spoon. For the cups normal coffee cups.

1 tbsp flour = 10 g
1 tablespoon salt = 10 g
1 tbsp of sugar = 15 g
1 tbsp oil = 10 g
1 tbsp butter = 10 g
1 tablespoon semolina = 12 g
1 tbsp grated cheese = 4 g

1 cup of rice = 150 g
1 cup of flour = 100 g
1 cup sugar = 150 g

6 cups of water make about 1 liter. So you can prepare small portions faster and does not have to get out the scales extra.
