Meatballs (meatballs) finally "fluffy"
Normally you go with it and put minced meat in a bowl, soak rolls in milk or water. Then express and give to the minced. Season, knead and make meatballs.
There is another way:
Tried to 500 g minced.
- In a blender 3 slices of white bread, 1 egg, pepper, salt, 3 onions and spices of your choice. I added parsley and knobi neatly. And now it comes!
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix everything, then mix under the minced meat.
The best thing is, you do not have to soak bread / rolls.
I've tried it, and have two "hard" testers at home, and they just want to have the Frikas.
