Meatballs or meatloaf with a difference
Just replace the bread crumbs / soaked old rolls with meatballs / meatloaf with oatmeal.
Your meat dish gets so a very nice, nutty touch. My family is excited.
I only make my meatballs this way!

I think it's great that you did that now, because not everyone reads in the forum :-)
I think the tip is very good and on my next meatloaf come oatmeal in any case :-)
@ Danny74: the oatmeal suck up properly and are then no longer to taste.
I also bind my kale with oatmeal, you will not notice it and you will not taste it at all.
